An offsite has two failure modes: the logistics break, or the team never leaves the hotel. Manali handles the second problem by itself. We handle the first — block hotel bookings, vehicle fleets, meal timings that fit around sessions, and one proper invoice at the end.

For groups above twenty-five we hold rooms and conference space at the same property so nobody is commuting between hotels.
Connectivity checked in advance
We confirm the working internet and the backup power situation before we recommend a property, because in the Kullu valley neither can be assumed.
